Once the listing details are complete, submit your property for review and pay the one-off fee $399 $199. Once all approved, you will be live on our website, and our Crowd Seller Network will be notified of your property for sale.

What If Our Network Doesn't Find A Buyer?

The great thing about our platform is you only need to pay the incentive to the successful Crowd Seller if they find you a buyer, which is all tracked through our platform.

Your next step would then be to do additional marketing, from listing on realestate.com.au with a premiere advert (All the best agents use premiere adverts, standard listings get lost on realestate.com.au), to digital marketing campaigns - the choice is yours.
